Arkeras offers free ground shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. Overnight and 2-day shipping are available for any order.
Returns

US Policy
Arkeras happily accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise. Items should be returned in their original packaging and postmarked within 10 days of original purchase, at customer’s expense. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the card originally used to pay for the order. Refunds will be equal to the value of merchandise at time of purchase. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
For exchanges, please contact us to facilitate a suitable replacement. The new item(s) will be shipped upon our receipt of the return. Gift Returns
Arkeras is happy to exchange or return gifts purchased through our website Arkeras.com and shipped within the United States. Please contact us to facilitate a suitable replacement. International Policy
