Arkeras happily accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise. Garments that appear to be worn or washed may not be eligible for a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and postmarked within 10 days of original purchase, at customer’s expense. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the card originally used to pay for the order. Refunds will be equal to the value of merchandise at time of purchase. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
For exchanges, please contact us to facilitate a suitable replacement. The new item(s) will be shipped upon our receipt of the return.
